Rising Star Award Winners

The Draft Cross Breeders & Owners Association (DCBOA) has presented three Rising Star Awards to participants in the 2015 United States Pony Club (USPC) Championships held at the Virginia Horse Center in Lexington, Va., July 22-26.

This years award recipients are Samantha Denning of Winsted, Conn. competing with Bocelli in tetrathlon, Alyssa Lapierre of Holis, N.H. competing with Celebration in dressage, and Virginia Strench of Harwood, Md. competing with Black Diamond in eventing.

The DCBOA Rising Star Award is presented annually to the top scoring USPC participant

27 Draft Cross Breeders & Owners Association registered horses are now declared with the United States Dressage Federation for their annual All Breeds Awards program!

There are 70 award placings available: 1-5 in Open (Training through Grand Prix), Dressage Sport Horse Breeding, Musical Freestyle, Adult Amateur, Junior/Young Rider, and Vintage Cup.

Horses previously declared with other registries may change their declaration with the USDF for an additional $50 fee, after they are registered with the DCBOA.
